I put together a Med-Surg Exam Study Guide that can be used for a nursing school exam, HESI, and NCLEX. It is made up of my notes, various mnemonics, and other information that I found on the web. I tried to put everything that belonged together in each of the topic areas. I hope it will help anyone that is struggling with this area of nursing. I plan to use this throughout nursing school. I am also currently working on one for Maternal-Child Nursing that I will post, when it is complete.
